Service Terms for WeWorks Interiors:

1. Acceptance of Terms:
By engaging the services of WeWorks Interiors, you agree to abide by these Service Terms. These terms govern the relationship between WeWorks Interiors and the client throughout the duration of the project.

2. Scope of Services:
The scope of services provided by WeWorks Interiors will be detailed in the project agreement or contract. This includes a description of the specific interior design services to be rendered, the deliverables, and any additional terms or conditions agreed upon by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities:
The client agrees to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the successful execution of the project. This may include sharing relevant project details, providing access to the project site, and promptly responding to inquiries and requests from WeWorks Interiors. The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions for any materials or content provided to WeWorks Interiors.

4. Project Schedule:
WeWorks Interiors will work with the client to establish a project schedule, including key milestones and deadlines. While we strive to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, unforeseen circumstances or changes in project scope may necessitate adjustments to the timeline. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any schedule changes in a timely manner.

5. Payment Terms:
The client agrees to the payment terms outlined in the project agreement or contract. This includes the payment schedule, method of payment, and any applicable fees or charges. Payments are expected to be made promptly and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

6. Intellectual Property:
WeWorks Interiors retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the design concepts, documents, and deliverables created during the project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement or contract. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose outlined in the project.

7. Confidentiality:
Both WeWorks Interiors and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, client information, and project details. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the written consent of the disclosing party, unless required by law.

8. Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination may also occur by mutual agreement or upon completion of the project as defined in the project agreement or contract. Termination shall not relieve the client’s obligation to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disputes or disagreements arising from the services provided, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation or mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek legal remedies available under the governing laws.

10. Governing Law:
These Service Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeWorks Interiors is based. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

These Service Terms are intended to establish a clear understanding of the rights and obligations of both parties. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact us.
