Confidentiality: We will treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or necessary for the provision of our services. We expect you to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared with you during the course of our engagement.
Client Responsibilities: As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the successful execution of our services. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, approvals, or licenses related to the project, including permissions for access to the premises and use of existing materials.
Payment and Billing: Payment terms and conditions will be as outlined in the separate Payment Terms provided to you. You agree to make timely payments for the services rendered, including any additional expenses incurred during the project. Failure to make payments as specified may result in the suspension or termination of our services.
Limitation of Liability: WeWorks Interiors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with our services. We do not guarantee the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of any designs, recommendations, or advice provided.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you agree to pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeWorks Interiors is based. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Agreement will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
